Ilenia Pezzaniti (b.1990) is photographer, multidisciplinary artist, and educator based in Akron, Ohio. Across digital, film, Polaroid, and ceramic substrates, she transforms images into tactile archives, blending fine art documentary with material explorations.

Pezzaniti has produced her own short films such as #iwokeuplikethis which premiered at the Nightlight in 2016, as well as award-winning work for the former Devil Strip magazine and with Pritt Entertainment Group. She received the Best in Show award two years consecutively in the Cleveland Print Room’s National Juried Exhibitions and was a Capturing Cleveland Fellow in 2020. She is the coauthor of "Margaret."
